寝つきが悪い、などのいわゆる「睡眠障害」にはほとんどの場合に肩こりや首こりが伴っています。これらの筋緊張をゆるめると、眠りの質が改善することが多くあります。
また、睡眠障害には寝つきの悪さだけではなく、何度も夜中に起きてしまう、ぐっすり眠った感じがしない、早くに目が覚めてしまう、昼間に異常に眠くなってしまう、など様々な形態があります。
これらほぼ全てにの症状に筋緊張の症状が伴っていますので、これを緩めていくことが治療の方針になります。強い刺激の治療、マッサージのみの治療はあまり適しませんので、鍼灸治療をお勧めしております。刺さない鍼(てい鍼:金属でできた棒状の鍼)を耳や首肩に当てるだけの施術方法も有効です。

Almost all of these symptoms are accompanied by symptoms of muscle tension, so the treatment policy is to relax them. Treatments with strong stimulation and massage only are not very suitable, so acupuncture and moxibustion treatment are recommended. A treatment method that only applies non-puncture acupuncture (tei acupuncture: a stick-shaped acupuncture made of metal) to the ear or neck and shoulder is also effective.
